Pentax K-5 II s + Vivitar 50mm f2.8 macro. All shots manual and hand-held. No flash. Shooting from 6 pm – 11:00 pm. No sunlight after 9:00 pm (sudden stormy weather). Epiphyllum started to crack open at 8:30 pm, (on Aug 24 as predicted). Fully opened at 10:00 pm. Total number of shots taken: 170 (with Vivitar lens); 400 (with Bokina lens, not in this album).
